Sedan applåderna för ”Drive” år 2011 har Nicolas Winding Refn inte fått riktigt lika fint mottagande. Hans hämnddrama ”Only God Forgives” kritiserades för att vara mer yta än innehåll, och nu sågas även ”The Neon Demon”. Festivalpubliken i Cannes mötte filmen med burop och svordomar under kvällens premiärvisning.
Det är blandade åsikter på Twitter just nu, där många sågar filmen, andra älskar den… och visst blir man rejält nyfiken på vad Refn har kokat ihop den här gången? Filmen får svensk biopremiär den 10 juni. Så här skriver kritikerna:
