BAFTA 2016: ”Spionernas bro” och ”Carol” slåss om priser

Alicia Vikander är dubbelt nominerad (igen!) för ”The Danish Girl” och ”Ex Machina”.
I morse släpptes nomineringarna till BAFTA, den brittiska motsvarigheten till Oscarn. 

Spielbergs drama ”Spionernas bro” leder med nio nomineringar, lika många som romantiska ”Carol” har. I kategorin Bästa film möter de också ”The Big Short”, ”Spotlight” och ”The Revenant”.

Det omskakande hämnddramat ”The Revenant” med Leonardo DiCaprio har chans på totalt 8 BAFTA-statyetter. ”Mad Max: Fury Road” fick 7 nomineringar. Värt att notera också är att ”Star Wars: The Force Awakens” fick 4 stycken.

Om BAFTA:s och Golden Globes ger någon indikation inför Oscarsgalan, så borde Alicia Vikander kunna räkna med (minst) en nominering. Hon är återigen dubbelt nominerad, för Bästa huvudroll i ”The Danish Girl” och bästa biroll i ”Ex Machina”.

En annan svensk kandidat är Ruben Östlund som tävlar med sin "Turist" i kategorin Bästa icke-engelskspråkiga film.
